Tayo Gbenro
Tayo has had the opportunity to consult for leading firms in the Nigerian business space in the last twelve (12) years. He has worked in Energy, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Health, Food & Drinks, and FMCG sectors. He has also engaged in various projects for the Nigerian Nation-State.
Tayo began work at Ashford & McGuire Consulting (A&M) in 2008 as an Associate in the Strategy Unit and later worked in the Design & Implementation unit after restructuring in 2010. While he was with A&M, he assisted in developing a public strategy for one of the states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Tayo has engaged in several other small-sized projects ranging from business valuation to planning, restructuring, redesigns, and corporate-employee performance alignment. He is intellectually capable, and staminally fit to lead turnaround efforts for any sized company.
He loves developing relationships and values openness and honesty. In his spare time, he likes to ride bikes on rough roads and has done a record 1km/minute in a self-competition. He offers his time teaching people values and how to care for the essential things in life, such as God and family.
