Rabbi Oyawale
Rabbi has significant experience in Business Advisory and Project Management. Her interests are in Corporate Governance, Business Improvement, Change Management and Human Capacity Development.
Rabbi has held several positions, including Associate Consultant, Head, People & Change, Head, Shared Services and Programme Director and Shared Services Director. She has over eight (8) years of exposure to business issues faced by a broad spectrum of clients in different corporate industries and government agencies, especially in People and Changes Management, Business Process Review and performance management system development.
She has designed, facilitated and led the successful coordination of several executive trainings/workshops, seminars, benchmarking projects and study tour programmes (locally & offshore) for top-level public officers in various Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Rabbi graduated from the University of Abuja with a Law degree and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011; She has an MBA from the University of Chichester and also holds a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Metropolitan School of Business Management; she has obtained certificates in management as an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
With her strong academic background in management and vast experience in Organizational Process & Design, Rabbi has successfully researched and project-managed the set-up of various corporate bodies, SMEs,/Business outfits in the service industry, including the banking and financial sector. She has developed an in-depth understanding of Nigeria’s public and private sectors and analytical and project management skills. She is an accredited trainer as certified by the Centre for Management Development (CMD) of Nigeria; a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) – Nigeria; a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI); and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
