Adewole is a resourceful and adaptable management executive with more than six (6) years of experience in Risk Management, Insurance Brokering, and consultancy. He is a fast learner with a passion for data-driven results, a robust knowledge of the insurance industry, a deep insurance rate negotiating ability, and in-depth skills in regulatory compliance. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Risk and Loan Management in Nigeria and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN)
He graduated from Lagos State University, where he earned his BSc. Accounting and he is currently running professional courses in management.
He has been in the industry for 12 years and has worked from middle- to top-level management. Before moving to Lawrisk, He was the Head of Business Operations at XL Insurance Brokers Limited while doubling as an Insurance Brokerage Consultant.
